The Ministry of the Environment has posted a draft for the Guide for the Beneficial
Use of Non-Agricultural Source Materials on Agricultural Land which presently
pertains to biosolids.
Go here to see how the present
guidleines effect beneficial use throughout Ontario. The Ministy is accepting
comments on the draft for the new guidelines until Jan 2005. The draft guidelines
are available for download here.
